Here she is after we unloaded her:
The welded 16" rims.
The cut hood to fit a crummy aftermarket radiator.
The hood patched. I'm not going to write home about the welding job, but it's welded on both sides so it should hold. I'll cut out the tin to better match the radiator space requirements.
Hubs with rims cut off and cleaned up.
Front axle mounting welded:

It definitely has a ways to go. I'm crossing my fingers on that hood...I hope that it holds up.
