i have found an older allis, 6 cylinder, diesel, hydraulic remotes. owner does not know the series and neither do I. how can i identify series? |

Post a picture- likely a WD45 or a D17 diesel. Check archives here for similar pics. |

Need more description. Where is the throttle, how many gears, etc. Picture would be best if you can, otherwise bury us in info.

Find the serial#. on D- series, left side motor flange,is the motor #, 1 inch behind, on the torque housing, is the tractor#. On WD, left rear brake housing, visible from the rear, on the vertical surface. Other, later models, have different s# locations. Pictures would help. |
