Hello folks, I"m having a problem whitch I can only describe as "creep" between the hydraulic controls on my 1550. First of all the hoses for my loader right now are plugged into the hydraulic ports at the rear of the tractor. When I use the control to say lower the boom the bucket will also start to lower, not fully as if I had used the control for the bucket but to "creep" down as if it is getting parcial preasure going to those ports. Only started this recently. Any advice, a fix for this or adjustments I can try to remedy this would be apreciated. Thanks in advance.

How are your hoses connected? I would suggest that you connect the loader lift cylinder hoses to the outlets controlled by the left hand lever and the bucket cylinders to the right hand valve. If this does not solve the problem there may be a blown "O" ring under one of the interlock valve seats in the top cover or a damaged thermal relief valve in the top cover.
If you do not have a shop manual contact Floyd County Museun
Floydcountymuseum.org as it will help you solve many problems. |

Thanks for your reply. In hind sight it seems like a "dumb" question. All I needed to do was change the hoses around off the bucket remote. I had disconnected them to use my 3 pt bale roller and afterwards reconnected them oppisitely from original. Was not aware that this would affect the loader/bucket operation as it did. Typically I started to make a mountain outa a mole hill. As they say always start with the small sh!t.
Thanks again Rocko. |
