Just found a 12v delco remy 9000 491 horn in a barn I am cleaning out. Looks in good condition, how can I test to see if it works? I see one spade type terminal. Would I hook a wire to that and touch the positive post on a 12v battery?

Clean an area of the horn mounting bracket and place it on the - post of the battery and run the wire from the spade terminal to the + and if it is good it should sound off
|
