Any one have the part number of an orchard exhaust manifold for a MI or 40. Found a manifold that they refered to as a down draft manifold, same thing??

I am looking to buy an orchard manifold for MI or 40. Thanks, Bob.

The manifold for the orchard attachment is the original manifold - no change. The orchard attachment is a gooseneck shaped piece of cast iron which fits into the manifold and routes the exhaust forward and down to clear the hood, then points backward. Put the original muffler back on, add an elbow at the muffler outlet so it doesn't blow in your face, and you have the orchard attachment.

Patch the hole in your hood if you're fussy.

This is the orchard manifold on my 40C. It is technically a 320 orchard manifold, but a 40 manifold is similar. A 40 manifold is more rounded and tips slightly downward rather than straight back. It changes the sound quite a bit.
