Well, from here they look like fan pulleys, I see a groove for a vee belt, and 4 bolt holes for the blades.
One looks bent, so not much value there.

Hi Tony
Looks like my photo did go on the forum after all.
Not a very good photo. The pulleys are not bent..just looks like it in the photo. They are brand new. I just dont know what they might fit...Maybe an oliver or cockshutt?
