Any place that doesn't sell China made, which eliminates most places. Bought a set for mine and spent 2 hours trying to get the first one mounted. Finally got it mounted and was to small to seat bead. Finally just run it and after a couple months it finally seated. Checked and you guessed it, made in China.

Tube in one and is fine, other tubeless and leaks down in 4-5 weeks. I just keep it pumped up, don't want to mess with it.

When mine needed tires, I simply went to my nearby automotive tire shop and they had them in stock. Although not advertised they keep some common sizes around. Think I paid about 25 bucks each. I thought that was pretty good. I installed them myself. Tubes are not a bad idea though especially if the rims are getting a little rusty in the bead area.

I have an old Wheelhorse, and needed a front tire. A friend gave me a JD wheel and tire that fit right on the axle, with the use of a small spacer. Tire was same size as Wheelhorse, and same as you are looking for.

Any farm and home supply has them. In my area there is Orschlein, farm King, Tractor suppley. Put tubes in them or they will leak around the rim. Putting them on by hand isn't too bad. Just pry them on. Put a big screw driver thru the axel hole and then sit on top of a vise and clamp. Pry. (you have to hld your lips just right!) dont punch the tube. Get valve stem through the hole, screw on a stem holder( little cap with a chain on it) It WILL go on!
