Is there a gasket for the bottom cover of the center housing on a TO-20?
I couldn't find one in the Parts Book.

I don't know why there would be as the weep hole allows leaking seals to not soak the clutch but you could use a cereal box to cut you one. |

Maybe I used the wrong term - I'm referring to the cover plate that has the center hydraulic/transmission drain plug in it, that's bolted on with 8 (approx.) bolts.
It looks like I getting a little leakage around that cover plate, whatever it's called. |

You are talking about the Hydraulic Pump and there is a gasket for it.Look on the pump parts page.
