well had to take carb off for float needle valve not sealing. super A
all looks good now.
pic. 7-8 show fluid in baster not going down been that way for 1 hr.
also is my gov rod to carb bent? pic 10-11

You need a new needle and seat, also the float could be hanging on the side of the housing. The rod appears to be slightly bent, should not be a problem. There is a screen inside the fitting you are pouring into. Never heard of one completely plugged.
