got tracks on ebay.nice pads pins turned.2 links short so i used 2 from old chain.any way im a couple pads short.the bolt pattern on my old 450 chains are even,while the newer chain pads are 3-1/4" and 4" bolt hole centers.they are 12" pads 1/2" holes. |

hi jd. see what you got looks like ill need 2 for the side i put on and 2 from the side i robbed.but i added 2 links from my old chain would like to get 2 links from the chain that matches those pads.what am i looking at in years.my chain matches my parts book which is a early 450.the pads on the new chain must be newer. |

You are right yours is the early series and you did get chain with pas for newer series.I am not sure though my pads might be . Mine may not be the flat loader pad , they might be the Open centre Grouser. I will check tomorrow since my shop is 20 kilomtre away from my house. he reason I have a few parts left is because I had a Case dealership for 37 years and now moving left over. jc |

I made a mistake I do have two left but they are 14 and one is street pad and the other is open crouser If you e mail me your e mail I can send you pictures of them they are new. jc marleau |

looks like i might of got jd 450 chains.other than the bolt pattern they seem to work.the 2 extra links were ok.the sprockets i got were case.check out the picture and look at the offset bolt pattern,see if im missing something.thanks.
