I"ve always used Photobucket. Now it appears they want money. Is there a free image hosting sight that you recommend? I tried Postimage.org. It was terrible.

One thing you have to remember is....the FREE PB, is good to excellant, ONLY if you keep the amount of pix/info, down to their space allotment, to be FREE!!!
Your prob. over your FREE limit, or close to it.....so NOW they want you to pay for MORE space in your album!!!

I've used PB, for yrs., and found that they are one of the best album savers around.....and so long as you don't go over your limit of space for FREE, they don't hassle ya for the money.

Try going through your album/albums, and clear out all of the pix you don't use/need, to save, and you should be OK!!! Save the pix you want to keep, to your computer files!! You can always re-upload one or more, to PB if you want,at a later time.

Keep yer albums below the space alloted for FREE, then you will not be ask for any $$$'s for expantion space!!!

That's the way I do it, about every 4-6 mos., and they have NEVER ask me to up-grade and pay!!!

Don't see why Not!!??? Not for sure, but as long as yer wifes account is for HER use, with her USER NAME, and PASSWORD.....that should?? be a totally dif. account, listed as a seperate USER!!!!! with a seperate password.

Best for you to go to PHTOBUCKET.COM. and check on their site for rules and regs........for the FREE account/albums.

BTW...: MOVIES take up WAY more room, than pix......Just so ya know what expect if ya run out of room....and I think you have to pay to upload movies!!!!!! LIKE an up-graded album!!!???????????

Their policy changed recently. Photobucket still has FREE accounts, they no longer have any STORAGE LIMITS for image files, and you are allowed a maximum of 500 video files. Free accounts still have a BANDWIDTH LIMIT - a maximum of 10GB of data downloads allowed per month. No monthly limit on how much you can upload to the site. So if you are getting a lot of views (downloads) or have a lot of video files you will need a Plus or Pro account to a get larger limits to suit your usage.

This is not free, but it is very dependable and has a lot of storage. I use Fototime, it costs me $24.95 a year and it's very rarely down. I have hundreds of pictures stored there and only use a small percentage of my available space.
I have had this for several years and have had no problems with it.

I believe they have a free test period of about a month to see if you like it.

They also sell prints pretty cheap.
