Working on a friends 630 and the hyd lines that run across the platform and feed the remote couplers rusted and are leaking bad. Can get new from deere but cost $240 EACH. So my question is, is it possible to make new ones from hyd hose, even though the orig are steel? He dont want to spend that much for new lines, and I cant find used. How hard would this be to do and would I need to somehow use the ends of old lines that connect to that valve body on right side?

The steel tubing is pretty cheap at mcmaster carr but you would need a bender in that size.

I tried to get some from deere last week for a 720 gas RC and they could not get them. The had them in their system but when I ordered them they said they were obsolete. Same price as you were quoted.

Ain't never had one-a-them, but I've added additional remotes on early model 4020s and have used hydraulic hose; works fine. Whoever makes up your lines can add the correct ends; just carry the old ones with you............
