looks like one end would go on neg. terminal of a battery.but why? other end to fit a nut and even looks like a screw driver that is sticking out. dont know, maybe old multi-tool. |

ive seen them before,but i cant remember exactly where. possibly tools for working on pumps,or hydraulic cyls but i wouldnt swear to it.any markings of any type? |
