I do not know where the diagram you are requesting can be found online.
Perhaps if you could describe specifically the info you need or the problem you are having with your 640 we can help you that way. |

kurt posted the pump diagram for you.. and as UD mentions you can get it online thru the dealers site.. but you probably should invest in a set of paper manuals.. or at least a pdf copy that you can print off. it's nice having stuff in front of you when working on these things.
so.. what's the issue? |

Ford NAA Service Training Manual has a good description of the operation and diagrams of the circuits. I can send you an electronic copy if your email provider allows 45M attachments
