I stopped by to see the neighbor this morning and just about choked on my coffee when she told me what happened to lucky the deer. Dam that women is a good shot. I asked her what she used to do this with apparently it is an old Winchester of some sort I think she said a 257 Roberts 70 I’m not sure what all the stuff means. The rest of the photos I took on my walk about this morning one is of the old milk house. The milk cans were submerged into a spring feed cement tank to cool down the milk.

The words she said means that she was shooting a Winchester model 70 chambered for the .257 Roberts round. It"s a great lightweight gun. |
