Well guys,
Been sorting through my Case Stuff. Ran across a folder that Case sent out to it's dealers in 1992, which was the 150th Aniversery of the Company, the brochure told of the history of Case and the company's goals for the future. One of the plans was to team with the City of Racine, to restore the Case General Office Building. in the second, and third pic.
About a year ago Jimmy D Phelps posted a thread about his uncle who was a CASE dealer in the 40s also. He posted a pic. of all the dealers standing on the front steps of the General Offices. My Grandad and my Father were also in that pic. If you look to the Left side of the pic., you will notice a dude in a BIG 10Gal. hat. Behind him, is my Granddad peeping over the big guy, and to Gramp's right, and a step or two up is my Dad wearing the light colored fedora. I quized my Dad about this meeting and he thought it was the intro to the Flambeau tractors, but he wasn't certain, His health was failing last winter.
Anyway I was surprized to see this pic. with my family in it appear here on the Case forum, and then to see the pic. of the building in a 1992 Case publication.
Loren

Great piece of history, Loren. I know I'd be as proud as a peacock if it were my Dad and Grandad, so I'm sure you are, too.

I just love those old pics. I have a box of old farm magazine going back to I think as far as 1930 or more. I get it out from time to time to look through them.
