Is there an easy way to get the outer ring back on after a new tire and tube are installed? It has the 40" tires with the heavy caststar centers. Thanks

If it is "tweaked" in any way, it will be a
nightmare (and dangerous!)! if it is still in good
condition (i.e. "not tweaked"), it should just pop
on in a few seconds with minimal grief. I had a
tweaked on on an F&H F-20 rim that we had to
install the tire/tube, then block the tire DOWN so
we could spot weld the lock ring. Turned out nice.

My outer ring is one piece. Are we on the same page? Mycenter rimis sliced through with a bracket that bolts the rim together with one bolt. Then the outer ring gets slipped over the rim and locks the tire on. Thanks
