If you need gaskets for your Perkins L-4 or 4.270 these are the guys to go to. I ordered a Full Set on Wed. evening and Fedx was at my door Fri. morning and they came from Jolly Old England to boot!! They are a new complete set but do not have the front or rear main seals.

Well I got mine from a Perkins Dealer and this is what they sent me. I haven't got into it to know if it is the right seal for sure yet.

Phil is going to laugh, but I would also compare the 270 rear seal to a rear seal in a M-F super 90 or a 1080 or 1085. Maybe even a 354 Perkins. Remeber the 270 when it was re-engineered became the 300 & 318 Perkins.
