I recently purchased a 1952 Wd tractor and im hearing that there is a seperate resovior for the hydralic oil the trans and rear axle are seperate if im wrong please correct me. Also wondering what kind of oil to run in hydro system. where is the check point for trans and axle if the dipstick is for hydro system

I run UTF in all of the 3 and as for filling checking on the left side you should see a dip stick for the hyds and that is the fill. That is just forward of the clutch pedal. The trans you fill up to the plug on the left side and this is all if I remember right sold the WD I had but still use a WD45. Or maybe I should say I sold the WD I had that ran I still have a parts WD
