Will I got the ground venison got some ground pork, and my
brother gave my a chunk of fat or lard left from a butchered
pig, I mixed venison and sausage, added a little fat and the
spices, only thing I did wrong was put in to much crushed red
pepper flakes! Sausage was great but a little hot! Lol,thanks
again for the help, J |

It's hard to remember A LITTLE go's a long way! We grind and smoke our own here and have had some big screw ups. With the cost of hiring it done you have to learn to cut and grind your own. |

I told you to cut back on the pepper! That was the original recipe & I thought it had plenty pepper too. |
