I have a bad water pump for this CA...Is there anyone that rebuilds these, or just buy a new one?? Also, havent been able to remove the fan pulley and flange...Any suggestions?? |

I've got a B pump that looks to be in good shape. I think it is the same but I am not sure. Complete with pulley for $25 if you're interested.

I dont know for sure if I need one...This one began leaking...Just wondering if it can be rebuilt??? I tried to remove the pulley and still cant get it off..... |

I remember changing the water pump on my WD and the pulley/fan assembly was a pain in the rear to take off the old pump and put on the new one... I wound up finally using a wire brush (attached to a bench grinder style) to clean up the rust on the shaft, then the pulley comes off... Can't remember all that was to it, as it has been maybe 5 or 6 years now. Assume a CA may be similar. Post a picture of the assembly that won't come apart and I may be able to assist you more. |
