Does anyone know if the later 2 cylinder tractors (20 &30 series) had square axles? My dad has a 45 loader for sale that has quick attach clamp mounting brackets and high pressure cylinders for the New Generation tractors, 2010-4020, he had it on a 3020 and it worked great. It would work equally well on the 2 cylinder models if they had square axles I'm thinking. |

They had square axles but the mounts are still different for the late 2cyl. models. And even if you do make the mounts fit you still won't be able to lift 1/2 as much because of the smaller cylinders and the lower pressure hyd.
There are plenty of 3010-4020 around maybe some collector would want it ? Should be really hard to find one for a new generation tractor. All I have ever saw were for two cylinders and I have seen plenty of them too. Only saw the new generation ones in the parts book. |

Just checked out some 20 and 30 series pics on bbalert.com, no square axles there like the New Generation tractors. With the current brackets dad's loader will only fit New Generation. |
