Wondered what others are doing with regards to loose worn steering u-joints on 60 Row Crops? The upper & lower shafts which include the whole coupling are listed in Parts book as obsolete. Has anyone cross-referenced with anything else to just replace the cross top and bottom? Is it replaceable? I can't see that they have snap rings like in a car driveshaft so they may be press fit? Any help appreciated! |

Checked with Korves and they do not have, suggested I find used. |

If NAPA stocks them what part number are they? Are they press-in type? |

If they are original they're non replaceable. You can get Ujoints and shafts and make your own is the only way of repairing |

Haven't heard a reply. What is part number from napa for these u-joint couplings? Local NAPA had no idea what to get or use. Nor do any machine shops. ??? |
