What size chain and length goes on the two sprockets that run the trans lube pump? |

I think that the 1655 did not use that transmission lube system with the chain untill you got into the 1755 and up.Didn't they use a gyro gear pump driven off a transmission shaft external on trans houseing.Maybe I'm wrong. |

No you are not wrong, but very late ones do use a chain drive. |

I own a 1655 Our dad bought new. I have original manual and it has WHITE 1655 on front cover pics.. so may be late model..
It definitely has the chain drive inside. I also have a parted out 2-70 that has the chain inside it.. |
