My 47 utu has 25-38 rear rubber on it and I was won wondering if it is possible to put 18.4/34s on it and how? Thanks

Yes, it is possible. You would need a set of hubs, castings and rims from an M670. The M670 has the correct hub to fit a U axle. Or if you are wanting to pull with it, most guys look for the M&W 9 bolt hubs, then bolt up some pressed steel rims.
