Have a 730 loader on my Ford 3600. Yesterday the loader would not operate----valve just chatters when I pull on either lever. Checked the fluid level and it looks ok, and the PTO pump is turning ok. Anyone have any suggestions? Could it be the pressure relief valve?

Plugged suction filter. located at the bottom of the LH mast frame directly below the filler/breather. Remove the bottom outlet casting to accces the filter. Drain the oil before removing the 4 bolt cover or you surely will drain it when you do.
