We grew these trees from seedlings we got from the 4H program here in NJ. I used to dig one up bring it inside in a tub and replant them after Christmas. Last year I had all I could do to get one in the house. This year my daughter chose the one at the top right,I cut it,its in the house ready for her and mom to decorate it.

As a kid, Dad thought we would get a live tree with the roots..kept it in a wash tub and then planted it in the yard..last I put my eyes on it, it is at least 60 feet tall. I always remember that it was in the house one year.

That's a nice tree Larry! What is that in the back ground? Looks like a big round bale? Maybe for your goats? Lol.

Is that a park or something?
It reminds me of one of those estates that the English Gentry live on.
And what's the old guy doing in the nice picture of the pine tree anyway?
Kind of ruins it as far as I'm concerned.
wink,
I always like the photos - and it's fun to put a face upon a handle here.
Thanks

You could be right there Ray.
I am NOT offended.
Larry, nice looking tree.
I'm sure with your daughter's artistic talent it will be a show stopper!
Merry Christmas!

very nice, like the dark color to it also, one we got has a lot of brown tips from lack of rain, sure the women will do a great job of decorating, while you rest from the long trip getting the tree Smile
