Has anyone removed the front casting, steering sector and pedistal from a 400 and replaced it with a light tube front end? looking for ideas. Thanks

Yes I have. Aluminum front axle, 8" channel iron engine forward. Tractor weights 4300 w/18.4x38 w/175 lb driver

Are you running aluminum rear wheels? I'd like to see some pic's too, especially the front bolster, as I'm building a 900 puller that I'd like to get into the 5200 pound range with pressed steel wheels. Don't know if it's possible, but I'd like to try. Thanks. Email is open.

Yes im running aluminum 18" rear wheels. To see pictures of my case 400 go to Wauseon NATPA 2012 and there is a few pics of it.
