My nephew found a 2090 with the std. trans up at Bridgeport NE. It has 8000 hrs and the rubber is poor and they say a bearing is out of the trans. Otherwise it's fairly clean. They want( I think he said) $8000. I think it is to much. what do you think? Also how hard and expenseve is the tran. to work on?

No I didn"t change my name. Why does one have to type in his name and e-mail for every message after the first one is posted same for pictures I always have to type in my handle before every picture even if I put in more than one. More typing, the more chances for mistakes.

Jimmie, it could be in your "cookies" settings on your computer. Cookies are bytes of info that help websites remember your info, and if they're disabled it's a pain. Just one possibility, tho.

I agree, but a guy can ask whatever he wants. I looked at a 2090 locally a few weeks back, similar shape but a power shift. The PS had serious issues( weak shifting, brakes would stop the tractor without bogging the engine). Owner wanted 8K, I felt it was worth 3-4K simply for the value of the engine.

Jimmie,
I had the same problem a while back, and made a typo error in my handle so there was two of me. I talked with Chris on Site Comments, and she said my compuker was wiping out my cookies. The wifey went in my set up section and did something, and Cris killed one idenity. I still have to type in my handle every now and then, but no more of what you are talking about. It definately is a pain.
