I want to say that my heart goes to the families today for a very sad day. The parents may have present already for the Christmas tree that will never be opened! I wish all on here to say something for the families also. You are in my families prayers. God Bless You all. |

Tony, I know your heart is in the right place, but what can you possibly say about this? What on earth would make anyone kill his own mother? As bad as I feel for the families of the victums, we need to ask our heavenly father for guidance for our society. Just my opinion.. |

Animal you are right. how many shootings have taken place in a faith base schools? None. Just as you say what is missing the schools - God. |

Very, very tragic event but I don't think it has anything to do with faith in God. When someone is that psycho, faith is the last thing on their mind. In recent years, look at the priests who have done heinous things to children and consider that there are mass murderers that went to church every Sunday. Some have even said god told them to commit their crimes. Prayers for all the victims, not so much for the shooter. |

I spoke to a friend of mine today and this is food for thought. Bring back the draft. This could be a good tool for evaluating our young men and women, and if it could teach them what it taught me it could be some valuble guidance. |

The Amish school tragedy was in a faith based school, however the shooter was not part of the faith, if I remember correctly. I'm not discrediting your meaning that having God in schools is an important piece that is missing today, but didn't want the amish school tragedy to be forgotten. |

Guy shot his wife in front of her students in a town close to me. it was a Catholic Elementary. I do not think religion has anything to do with it.
