Anybody have a good source for some common items such as switches and cords for portable electric tools such as saws that are NLA from the manufacture. I have a couple of good older Craftsman tools that need stuff like that. Thanks in advance

Sears never MADE anything, but buy stuff for
resale, and puts a "Craftsman" decal on it.
It would be interesting if we could find a list
of: "Who made it for Sears".
The parts are maybe still available, under some
other brand.

There's probably such a list, somewhere.

I got a Wards "Hawthorne" .22 rifle when I was 10, in 1958. Somewhere along the line, I took the clip apart to replce a broken spring, and ended up losing on of the parts. I recently decided to try to find one. After considerable internet research, I found a conversion list- Wards, Sears, Western Auto, other "badged" guns, with the maker and original model number. Mine is a Mossberg Model 140, IIRC, and with that info, I was able to find a clip from some outfit in Festus, Missouri.
