2 years ago I bought a Fordson Dexta to mow hay with for $375.00 in Tn. I brought it home it runs, low rpm only moves, shifts, drives, leaks oil bad, out of bell housing has low oil pressure. I repainted it , now it looks good and am interestined in fixing it. But I can not find simple parts for it I need a radiator fill neck and a radiator cap used! Talked to local dealer he said the parts are no longer ava, And I should just junk the tractor and get something else! My Grandpa had one when I was 6 years old so I would like to keep it. Need help all info welcomed!! Thanks!!!!!!

Look online for Walts Tractor Parts of Mexico Misouri. Can get you pretty much most all Dexta parts.

I have been tempted to remove my cap and hose and replace with a standard cap system. That way I can use my cap and radiator tester to find leaks and bad cap.
I have found necks with longer pipes perfect for Dexta. Summit has one, but is angled.
