Ya know what you mean. We are around 12 inch behind for the year and with it being deer season still I would love to see say 2-5 inches on snow on the ground so that I can see the deer better. LOL

Ya woke up to the white stuff here but the wind is blowing so hard it blew the tail fin off my little wind mill so now I have something else I have to fix. Plus with this wind like it is no deer will even think about moving so again another poor day to try to hunt and if you did see a deer you would have to aim way ahead or behind it depending on which way it was standing because the wind would push the bullet way off

Was watching yesterday after sunset and a really big 10 point drove his 8 doe/fawn harem across the alfalfa about 200 yards away Outside the MZ range. Guess the 3rd rut is on. I'll take my rattlin horns down ther tonight.
Friend of mine shot at a doe from that blind two days ago. Guess she was too far and he missed. It was 12 feet away.

Given the chance I would prefer to shoot a doe over any buck ever. Some how does taste better and you know I have yet to find one single antler that tasted good

I just went out to clean the drive, but its drifting in as fast as I can clean it. Wind is supposed to lay overnight, I will have to clean it up early so we can go to work..I am starting to remember why I hate winter!

Down here we got just enough snow to say we got snow. Maybe all of an inch if even that much. The wind on the other hand is blowing so hard that is has blown a good number of things down or over or broke them
