Guido,

I loved the tool challenges you used to put on here. I never had any idea what any of them were, but I loved to see the final answers.

Got any more challenges?

It's to set the teeth of a handsaw, with a proper kerf the saw won't bind in the cut.

Cool tool. Remember when Belsaw used to advertise in all of the magazines that had an appeal to men for their tools and training that would enable a person to open a business sharpening saws?

I have at least half a dozen hand saws that need to be re-set, but I don't have any idea of anyone who is doing that today.

How about it Ralph, would you come to my house and set my saws?

Hello Tom in TN,
I guess i'll need to look for one. Some people get frustrated when it takes awhile to get the answer, but it is all done in fun.
I'm sure not very good at farm stuff.... anyhow!
I'm going in the garage in a minute or so, and will get something posted.
Thanks for the interest.................Guido.
