Yellow Allis

I am purchasing a unique Allis Chalmers B that is yellow in color in pretty good condition. It also has a straight front axle. I would like you know if anyone has a used battery box in good condition they would like to sell.

I have a box, looking to get $40 plus shipping for it. Not sure if it is correct for your tractor, it came off a normal B. Shipping should be $14-22 or so depending where you are in the country.

My suggestion would be to just buy a new battery box. You can pick a new one up for around $70-$80. No worries of rust at that point. Also no cleaning to repaint a used one. From what I have seen the new ones seem to be a little sturdier as well.

could you post a pic? Is it a regular B or could it be a IB ? IB"s were both yellow and orange

Is the battery box rusted through any where?

No, it is all solid but does have surface rust on it, especially inside.
