The track is most likely common to other brands like Kawasaki and Arctic Cat. I think JD uses Kawasaki engines.

Google "snowmobile salvage" and start calling. Don't know where you are at but there is Miners Outdoors in Blooming Prairie, MN and several more near the Twin Cities.
Or throw an ad on Craigslist...
