Looking for aftermarket source for the wear plates that the wear shoes bolt and clip to. Any help is appreciated.

I believe you are referring to the rock shields that cover the pod. I looked a year ago after an AGCO dealer charged me 110 bucks apiece. I found another dealer that got me subsequent shields for 80 bucks. If your skid shoes are wearing and taking the shields with them, I'd check the header floatation. Bought my used 5209 a few years back.. the floatation springs appeared to have never been adjusted ..took a lot of adjusting. Also store the 5209 with the header in the up position with the straps installed.

I had a local shop fab some for me out of quarter inch plate.
