YEA!!! Used Sadie my 43 2N to clear my driveway of 6" of snow today. Replaced pump and control valve 2 wks ago due to fact pump split center section and valve was completely worn out. Was great being able to lift bucket (and have it stay up!) and dumping was enjoyable as well compared to what was like when I was asking ???s on here.
I'm sure I overpaid for both parts however with my limited knowledge of hydrulics it was good dealing with a local parts dealer. And should I ever replace SA rams with DA rams on lift just need to take valve over and get spool replaced.
Happy and Safe Holidays to all from Syracuse NY

Glad to hear your joy,
It sure is nice to have a piece of equipment that actually works for you, especially these bullet-proof Ns.
I have a 43 2N with a 49 front mount engine with live hydraulics and am lovin every minute of it.
I was glad to learn also about the hydraulics thanks to this board and all the knowledgeable folks.
Enjoy!
Merry Christmas,
Greg |
