What did you use for a wrench on the planetary side of the joint? I modified a long pattern offset box end but the bolts are so tight it just bends probably cause of the heat. It took a socket and a 12" ratchet to get the inside bolts loose. Thanks Tom |

Tom: Wish I could be there to help. I've done it twice, once outside, & once in the shop, but never had any trouble like you describe. I don't know how to advise, other than some concentrated heat on the cross where the bolt threads into. Maybe someone else will chime in. Good luck. |
