Can anyone tell me where I could find and what model starter would fit a continental Y69 engine? Currently has no starter on it, uses a crank start. |

Do you even have a place for it? If you have one that was used on a combine or something, it probably does not have a ring gear or bellhousing set up for a starter. |

Starters are very generic. Just find out which of the three bolt patterns. The ring gear pitch and pinion have to match.
There are scads of online starter catalouges . |
