I have a d15 allis that I have been working on finally got her running ideal really well and will come up in rpm but as soon as u call on it it will stall or run bad I am missing the tube for the oil bath is this y and how do I ajust the Carb the right way

There is a number of ways to do the tube from the air cleaner to the carb but that is not likely to be your problem. I use a piece of universal radiator hose on many of my tractors in place of the factory tube and that works well. As for the car setting try this and you many find it works. Adjust the carb by having it running at say 3/4 throttle and open up the main jet till you get black smoke out the exhaust. Then screw it back in till the smoke stops and try that. If you still do not have the power you think you should double check your points setting because they are probably set wrong or getting old and bad

Not to sound stupid but wich one of the two is the main jet I have tryed but the briether is a different size then the carb

O and I have too run the chock almost closed too run well

Idle jet is the one just below where it bolts the the manifold and the main jet is the one that should sit a lot lower. I do not know the D-15 well but I know it is close to what a D17 is so very close. As for the tube you can also use a 2 step system where you use a smaller hose most of the way and at the carb a bigger hose that fits over the smaller one. If you have to have it choked to run you have a main jet that is clogged up or a fuel flow problem. Pull the carb drain plug out of the bottom of the carb and let the gas flow for a couple minutes. Catch the gas to make sure it does not have a lot of dirt/water etc in it. If you do not have a good steady flow of gas for a few minutes work you way back to see where the flow stops or slows down

I do no her well it was my grampa tractor but been sitting a long time I have flushed the tank and cleaned the Carb completely and rebuilt it but like I said have to run chock almost shut and have a good flow of gassed when I pull the plug out it the Carb I'm in Maine and will start when it is cold like right now will try to Shuster that jet and we will see thanks

Having to choke it to run some time can be a weak spark also. Ya sounds odd but it is true. Check your spark and make sure it is a blue/white and jumps a 1/4 inch gap or more. If it is not as I say that could well be the problem since a weak spark will ignite gas if there is enough of it there but still not run like it should. But you could also have a clogged main jet circuit in the carb even after a rebuild if you did not do a good job rebuilding it
