Doug, When I first started organic farming we were certified by the state of Missouri for a fee of $100 per year. It was a darn good program and we had a certifier and inspector that was a real stickler about organic, which I think is good, after all that is why we get the premium for our crops. That all came to a halt when Blunt was elected Govenor, it seemed like he had a talent for doing away with worth while projects... |
