Not sure if HD caries them but I would recommend the Bosch brand.

I think they do, but just got back with a new Dewalt power miter box. My buddy has one and I like it.

I bought a DeWalt table saw when they went on sale for Christmas. Ripped a treated 2x4 really fast without slowing down at all. Ellis

Don't know if you're military or not, but HD has a 10% military discount.

All you need to do is show proof of current or former military service and you get 10% off. Any day of the week. You might have to ask for it.

Overall I'm not a fan of DeWalt but I like their compound power miter saws the better than any other brand. Which model did you get?

Those are great saws. Before using double check the 90 and 45 degree angles with a good square and adjust if needed. They are accurate saws. They've had some problems with the XPS system failing. I think you'll enjoy it.

I think you got a heck of a deal on a good saw. I have had several miter saws over the years. I like the Dewalt the best. The handle and quick change angle works better on the Dewalt.

You will get a lot of good service out of that saw.

Congrats! That's a great saw! A little more user friendly than my 718 and 705 models. It should serve you well for many years.

I have a rigid 12" slider, have had it for about 10 years. Does a lot of sawing! At the time, mine had the biggest width spec, of the class, don't know whether that has changed, or not. Where do you get coupons, that last 3 years?

Goose mentioned that Home Depot has a 10% discount for Veterans. So does Lowe"s. In fact a cashier at Lowe"s is where I found out about it.
