Old type was 20W non-detergent oil. But you can use any good UTF type fluid in it. I use the UTF in my 1946 C |

It came from the factory with hypoid gear lube. Then drained and replaced with non-detergent 20W when PTO and hydraulic was installed. |

if it doesn't have hydraulics you can use 80-90 or 80-140. But if you have hydraulics, you should use hydra-Trans. Bob |

Thanks for all the info...i got the timing set put a little oil in each cylinder and turned it over a few times...used a syringe and put a little fresh gas in the cylinders replaced plugs...choked it and the second turn of the crank she fired right up and once the oil burned out she idled down all the way and purred like a kitten after sitting for 4 or so years |
