I do not know for sure if it will or not. But I will say this. I would check it out a lot more to make sure it is in fact just an OD not a UD or a combo and the combo is the one you really want because it gives you OD/UD/Standard gears as in 12 forward 3 reverse. I have a combo in my 841 and there is 2 types of combos. The fine spindled input shaft and the course spindled. Reason I know is I have the course spline one now but had the fine before it went belly up

The 641 with a SN 14256 or older will have a course splined shaft and the overdrive will fit. The overdrive (only) was available with a course input shaft only. Those with SN14257 and up will have the fine splined input shaft and will not fit .There are other changes also. The later Shermans ,over/under, had a course or fine splined input shaft available
