I see on the JD parts on line catalog that there is a radar and mini monitor avail. Does anyone know of the whereabouts of one? |

Way back when 4020's were new and I sold them I don't remember seeing anything in sales book mentioning radar. I looked and the 4020 could have utilized the same radar sensor(1st photo) that's on my 4255. JD did offer 2 different style sensors for 4020. |

I believe you will find that kit added in to a lot of older model on line catalogs. The original paper books would not have offered that technology. I stumbled onto the kit when I was searching parts for my 1020! |

The radar unit on my 4255 will get very close to measuring areas similar to http://www.gravoplex.com/Planimeter/GMapPlanimeter.html |
