My first MM I had problems with the govenor got that fixed runs good now. Thanks for all the information I received. Just wondering the left brake seems to have a clutch or something like a clutch on it. Does it need adjusting or any attention before I run it to much? It is a Z or a ZA think 1955 but the serial numbers don't come close to matching anything so far. Dave |

If your steering wheel shaft is exposed all the way back to steerig wheel and runs down the left side it is the Z series. If you sit up high and steering wheel sits on a little cowl it is a ZB. A lever on the left side is for live pto use. Do a google search for Minnieapolis Moline Z or ZB photo's and see which one matches your tractor. ZB's have foot clutches. |

The only place the numbers show up is in 1950, it's missing the first 3 digits. It's either a ZAU,ZAN,ZAE,or ZAS, 1st one made. |
