Price a new set of rims and clamps and ask a tire dealer what they would charge you to dispose of the old tires.

around here at a farm sale they probably wouldnt get any bids. seems no-one wants clamp on duals, just axle mount.
if the tires are firestone's you might find a puller hwo would want them for top cuts maybe
