I use 30 w engine oil, turn the fan till the screw is horizontal and fill til,it runs out. |

If you fill it with the fill opening horizontal it will be overfull and the excess oil will leak out. The fill opening has an internal stand pipe to set the correct level. fill with the opening facing up. Rotate it opening to the bottom and let the excess oil drain out and then install the plug.
If you leave it over full it won't hurt anything but can leave a mess as the excess oil leaks out. |
