We have a Ford LGT 14 Diesel we are trying to sell. It is in rough shape and is a parts tractor or probably more of a restoration. I"ve heard these machines are rare and and awesome motor. Was curious as to value, as my research has shown me that the parts alone could be worth over $2000. Any input or interest? |

How about I sell you one at half the parts price? You can then take two machines and make one high quality machine. Bet you wouldn't be sorry. |

I don't know if you'd call it rare, but it does have an awesome motor. I just don't like the 50" deck. I've changed the spindle bearings 3 times, tried all different manufacturers, they're just a weird size that don't hold up. They don't break up, they just get so noisy you can't stand to mow grass with it. I want to bore the spindle housings to accept tapered rollers and see if that lasts any better, because it IS a nice little tractor. |
